The tour

Walk through one real campaign, a screen at a time. It takes about three minutes.

01

Step 01: Brief

Say what you want, the way you would say it

Type your goal, dictate it, or call your orchestrator: the product, the audience, the deadline. Teams wave reads it for intent, applies your brand profile and fills small gaps with sensible defaults. On a call, it asks only what it must.

  1. 01Type it, dictate it or call
  2. 02Your brand voice and claims are applied
  3. 03Sensible defaults, not a quiz
Say it in plain words
02

Step 02: Plan

The right Agents, in the right order

The orchestrator breaks your goal into tasks, gives each one to a specialist Agent, proposes KPIs and shows what depends on what, with the price of anything beyond your plan. Approve it, or cancel and send a new brief.

  1. 01KPIs proposed up front
  2. 02Every task has an owner
  3. 03Nothing runs until you approve

Step 03: Create

Words, images and video, on brand

Copy is written inside your approved claims and tone. Images and short video clips are produced for each concept, and the Quality Reviewer checks every post against your brief, sending it back for a rewrite when it falls short.

  1. 01Posts in English and Arabic
  2. 02Images and short video
  3. 03Reviewed against your brief
Words, images and video

Step 04: Approve

Nothing is spent without your yes

Anything beyond your monthly allowance shows its price from your wallet. When you approve, the amount is held, then charged only for what is delivered. Anything unused goes straight back.

  1. 01Approve plans, spend and posts separately
  2. 02Optional budget rules for small jobs
  3. 03Every decision logged with a name and time
You hold the keys
05

Step 05: Publish

Out on time, and confirmed

Approved posts go out now or at the time you pick, through your connected Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads and Pinterest accounts. A post only counts as published when the network confirms it, and anything that fails can be retried in one click.

  1. 01One calendar for every account
  2. 02Confirmed by the network, not assumed
  3. 03Unclear results checked before any retry
Out on schedule

Step 06: Measure

See what actually worked

Your connected accounts are measured every few hours: followers, reach and engagement for every post your team published. The Performance Analyst compares them with your KPIs, the Reporting Agent writes it up, and anything a network does not report is shown as missing, never guessed.

  1. 01Followers, reach and engagement per post
  2. 02Compared with the KPIs you set
  3. 03Clear next steps for the next brief
