About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Teams wave for the use of the Teams wave website, app and services. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use Teams wave for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

What Teams wave does

Teams wave gives your business a team of AI Agents that research, plan, write, design, produce and publish marketing content, and report on how it performs. Work is organised as orders inside your workspace, and every step is recorded.

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to existing material. You are responsible for reviewing what your Agents produce before you approve it.

Your account and workspace

You need an account to use the app. Each workspace has its own members, content, wallet and settings.

• Keep your sign-in details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them.
• The workspace owner decides who joins and what each member may do.
• You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload and of the content your Agents create for you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.

You confirm that you hold the rights to everything you upload, including logos, music, photos and the people who appear in them.

Digital twins and likeness

A digital twin uses a real person's face, body or voice, so it carries extra rules.

• A twin can be created only after the person gives documented, informed consent for the stated purposes, platforms and period.
• The person can withdraw consent at any time. New use stops immediately.
• Other workspace members and the brands you deliver to get no right to the person's likeness unless it is granted explicitly.
• We may suspend or remove a twin that breaks these terms or the law.

Approval and publishing

Content is published to your connected accounts only after a person in your workspace approves it. Before publishing, Teams wave checks that the approved content has not changed and that the destination is still yours.

Each social network has its own rules and may limit, remove or fail to publish a post. We show you what the network reported and never claim a post went live when it did not.

Plans, wallet and charges

Plans are billed monthly and include a monthly allowance. Work beyond the allowance is paid from your prepaid wallet.

• Every paid job shows an estimate before you approve it.
• Approved amounts are reserved, settled against what is delivered, and any unused part is released.
• You can set spending limits, a monthly cap and a low balance alert in Billing.
• You can cancel your plan in Billing. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Wallet balances are prepaid funds for usage and are refundable only as our refund policy and the law allow.

Fair use

To keep Teams wave safe for everyone, you agree not to use it to:

• Buy or fake followers, likes or engagement, or run follow and unfollow schemes, bots or spam.
• Impersonate a person or brand, or publish someone's likeness without consent.
• Create content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Break a social network's rules, or try to access another workspace, reverse engineer or overload the service.

Disclosures and results

You are responsible for sponsored content and AI generated media disclosures that the law or a platform requires. Teams wave does not add them for you and does not give legal advice.

We work to grow your audience organically, but we do not guarantee followers, reach, engagement or sales.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Teams wave available and secure, but the service may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change features over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we will tell you before it takes effect.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or does not pay, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Teams wave is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
